2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Authorized Users

• Registered organisations and institutions
• Administrators and authorized staff
• Parents/guardians of enrolled students
• Students (with parental consent if under 18)

2.2 Prohibited Registration

The following are strictly prohibited from registering:

• Individuals not affiliated with a registered organisation
• Fake or fraudulent organizations
• Commercial entities misrepresenting themselves
• Anyone attempting to access data without authorization

3. Service Availability and Pricing

3.1 Free Features

• User registration
• Basic tracking
• SMS notifications (limited)
• Basic reporting

3.2 Premium Features

Advanced features require monthly subscription payments:

• Unlimited SMS notifications
• Advanced analytics and reporting
• Custom branding and themes
• Priority customer support

• Additional storage and bandwidth

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Administrators

• Provide accurate organisation and user information
• Maintain secure login credentials
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Obtain necessary consents
• Report security incidents immediately

4.2 Users

• Provide accurate contact information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Report any suspicious activity
• Respect other users' privacy

5. Data Protection and Privacy

6. Advertising and Content

Our platform may display advertisements:

7. Intellectual Property

• XLTECHS retains all rights to the platform and software
• Organisations retain ownership of their data
• Users may not reverse engineer or copy our software

8. Service Limitations

8.1 Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

8.2 Usage Limits

• Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

XLTECHS liability is limited to:
